Main Duties
- Building hydraulic cylinders
- Checking the cylinders comply with the specifications
- General engineering assembly/fitting
- Fault find and repair
- Pressure testing

Job Skills and Requirements
- Previous mechanical fitting experience required
- Experience of working in an engineering environment
- The ability to use various types of measuring equipment
- The ability to understand and read engineering drawings
- Experience of using hand tools.
- A hands on methodical worker with high standards
- Some previous experience with hydraulics preferred but not essential
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines and high targets due to the fast paced nature of the role
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and rules
- Wage dependent upon experience
